Summary: This position supports the mission of The Medical Center
of Aurora campuses. Under the supervision of the radiologist and
leaders, the RN oversees and directs the care of the patient in
diagnostic and therapeutic angiographic procedures for patients
ages adolescents through geriatric. The RN is responsible in caring
for patients in all areas IR is responsible for including OR,
recovery areas, spine, and other modalities when needed. They will
generate appropriate paperwork, provide complete history of
patient, properly charge for everything affiliated with procedure,
and electronically document when required. Responsible for
departmental audits, daily checklists, and when the need arises,
will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.The Medical

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure in the
State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active
multistate Registered Nurse license.BLS and ACLS Certification
required.B. Education: Graduate of school of nursing program.C.
Experience: One+ year experience in ICU or ED strongly preferred.D.
Special Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively with
patients, families, physicians, and other health care team members.
