As an Energy & Utilities Director, Schedule, you will be a part

role will primarily work with our Energy & Utility clients across a
portfolio of major generation, transmission and distribution
capital projects. The Energy & Utilities Director, Schedule is
accountable for providing oversight to an experienced scheduling
team for a large portfolio of capital projects.Responsibilities
include:
- Deliver complex client work focused on:
- Manage a team of P6 schedulers who are responsible for
developing, managing updating, and analyzing project
schedules.
- Provide deliverable review, development and coaching to
scheduling resources.
- Proactively identify risks on projects schedules and review
proposed corrective actions, working closely with project director,
enterprise program office, and executive stakeholders.
- Maintain a thorough, current knowledge of new and innovative
techniques in the project planning, scheduling, and cost estimating
fields.
- Lead implementation of and adherence to standards and practices
set up by the Central Program Office.
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, and insights for key project
schedule metrics.
- Provide comprehensive oversight and leadership for
cross-practice delivery activities, including managing day-to-day
project operations and teams.
- Collaborate closely with business development and practice
leadership to identify and scope opportunities, develop proposals
and build relationships with existing clients and new ones.
- Lead a team of consultants, with a focus on professional
development through coaching, performance management, talent
planning, and succession planning, nurturing a high-performing and
engaged workforce.
- Optimize service delivery and nurture client relationships,
serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in the
energy and infrastructure domain.Qualifications:
- 7+ years of internal or external consulting experience
required.
- 5+ years of energy industry experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience with project/program
management and controls.
- Advanced critical path method (CPM) scheduling capabilities
including creating and managing complex, resource-loaded
schedules.
- Ability to establish and manage project baselines, track
schedule performance, and manage/track baseline changes within
P6.
- Has analyzed risks, diagnosed schedule issues, and developed
corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Experience leading teams, identifying enterprise needs, driving
resolution, and holding team members accountable.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with
executive stakeholders (verbal and written).
- Track record of successfully fostering client account growth
and development.
- Proven skills in the identification and resolution of client
challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and win new
opportunities and hit revenue targets.Location(s):

estimated base salary range for this role is $160-220K annually.
This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate,
including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of
experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and
other incentives are awarded at the Company's discretion and are
based upon individual contributions and overall company
