Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dedicated Support Engineer to provide
technical support and troubleshooting services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a ticket queue to deliver technical guidance and
troubleshooting
Collaborate with the Technical Services team to support various
well-known brands and organizations
Analyze opportunities for continuous improvement in customer
outcomes using KPIs and feedback
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in advertising technology, marketing
services, or software technology in a customer support role
Proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently and
effectively
Ability to prioritize work with minimal oversight
Familiarity with SQL querying for executing and adjusting
queries
Willingness to work standard hours with some flexibility and
potential on-call coverage
